Pretty much all people that have under gone full male to female surgery will identify as female. Quite a few will mention it in their profiles, so the only option you have will be to read profile. May i ask why you would like to meet a post op lady in particular? I doubt anyone such as this will want to meet someone that sees them as a fetish. |
