Up a few pounds myself but I'd say it's all muscle. Protein is in milk, milk is in chocolate, therefore I've been eating more protein.

Lost 35 pounds during lockdown was already on a weight loss journey but covid/lockdown sped up my weight loss. I was cycling all the time.

Dropped 5kg...just by continuing my own little training routine and cutting out the crap , watching what I'm eating etc etc ..it all adds up... or subtracts..to helping...still partial to a few Jaffa's now and again ..but bottom line am delighted but was working all through lockdown so routine wasn't affected which was a big help too .
