Can you go on camera with an android phone and if so how is it done or do you need a computer.

I could be wrong.. but I dont THINK you can. I think it needs to be a webcam webcam

You can view cams as a site supporter on mobile with no sound (apparently puffin browser works for sound but that's about all it's good for as a browser)

You can't broadcast from mobile.
