I prefer the kik i should have left the one set up going. I can set another again if ye would like that or OP you can set one up. Is there many in that forum? I didn't even look shame on me .

Think one starting in the new year be a good idea. I'm working all of xmas and new year going to need some motivation come january

I wouldn’t mind doing some yoga & exercises, but my time is very sporadic, so maybe a one to one might work. Mr cv maybe the Mrs might join also
