speaking to people over the last week "depressed " "fed up" "getting harder and harder" are words popping up more often. staying at home isn't all that easy and its not good for your head space either. |

Boredom can be real, like a dead weight. Even the distraction of Fab sometimes adds to the frustration. But....the answer is within you and readily at hand. However you will have to take the first step...buy the ticket ! Physical energy will bring with it mental energy and from that new ideas, enthusiasms, interests.
Early morning walk, online fitness, tackling ongoing chores....baby steps. |

Anyone having trouble sleeping? I used to sleep
Like a log but lately waking up at 3 & 4 am which is very unusual for me. Also finding it hard to concentrate at work, & can’t get motivated! |

OP I liken it to prison... except we can walk about freely enough... chat to people outside for walks... go for a run.. watch what we like on the box and don’t need to carry a shiv in the showers... oh wait...
Just teasing... I hear ye and bloody hell its boring.. but still when we can come on here and at least plan for naughty times ... it’s not too bad..  |

Thanks all for allowing my little moany outburst! It was an ok day after and i took the advice & had a cycle, but also felt good to know i wasnt alone. Its a bit shite alright but day by day we inch toward those better days that are in the planning. We live in anticipation! x |
