Has anyone ever went a month of abstinence?
I’m seriously considering doing it (or at least trying lol)
I figured lockdown is as good a time as any to try it! I have quite a high sex drive and I’m sure I’m not the only one. It will definitely be a struggle but it’s something I think would be a healthy challenge!
Any advice welcomed  |

If I’m honest OP I couldn’t do it... I actually feel discomfort until I have a release if I don’t have regular sex... not sure what health benefits it would bring tbh.... best of luck  |

I’m not giving anything up for any reason. I’ve had to give up alcohol, sex, spicy foods, fruit juice, coffee, going away, going out and eating out the last year. It’s enough fucking giving up shit for one year already |

Regular ejaculation is important for prostate health, not having sex is one thing, not masturbating is another.
The longest I've gone without sex is six months after the birth of my first child, thanks to a botched episiotomy repair. |

Referred to a urologist who said he didnt see it mending so in for the procedure I went last week. Road to recovery 1 week down 5 to go.

If that’s the case my prostrate is in tip top form. I’m sure one month won’t affect almost 20 years of regular maintenance  |

Went 10 months without it before! Just got on with it after a while but the hand was being dropped regularly enough so cant imagine what it would be like not sorting yourself out  |
