I love all types of cheese but I adore goats cheese, especially St Tolas goats cheese made in my own county. Its won numerous awards and is just next level stuff

Sheridan's do a blue cheese that Spanish, its wrapped in a vine leaves so worth buying

Aldi do a goats cheese that is mixed with pineapple and almonds

I absolutely love Pecorino cheese. Goats cheese, halloumi, feta, mature cheddar I think it would be easier to say I don't like the over processed or blue cheese but ok with that in sauces. Now I need to raid the kitchen drooool

I think grilled camembert with homemade cranberries unsweetened jam on the arugula served with a few cocktail tomatoes and pickles will be my lunch tomorrow
