The downward dog is my favourite yoga position

Standing head to knee pose. I can’t do it or even come close to doing it, I think I’d snap in half if I tried it but I’m amazed watching others do it.

I used to hate the kneeling camel pose, in the sequence we used do it came after a some floor poses and when I’d get up to do the pose the blood would drain from my head, every time
