I got no such advice from doc so I asked a friend about wisdom of a glass of wine. His reply ' Sure. your liver isnt in your arm is it' seeme sensible. 2 glasses of white went down nicely.  |

Dead arm from the first, nothing from the second so seems to be luck of the draw!
At the end of the day it’s an intramuscular injection so a bit of tenderness is to be expected. |

Sure do, warm Hawaian coconut oil, with some Rose oil, drizzled gently and generously all over any tender areas. |
