Lots of beautiful aromatherapy oils - my favourites would be Vetiver and Jasmine. Depending on the mood really...also beautiful are grapefruit, lemon, bergamot, neroli... and so many therapeutic effects.

I also love the smell of coconut.

Oh yes, love the smell of gorse in bloom! I was only out walking the other day chatting with my teen about it and I couldn't remember the name for the life of me .

Thanks

Bizarrely, I am very fond of the spermicidal lube that is used on Durex Extrasafe condoms; smells great and reassuring too.

The smell that is emitted from David Austin roses, in full bloom is superb.

Varies such as: Gertrude Jekyll; Jude the Obscure; The Poet's Wife; Princess Alexandra; Abraham Darby.

The smell of freshly made compost spread onto raised beds is very invigorating; nature at its best.

The bracing vitality in the air just after a thunder storm is the smell of Ozone, aka O3.

BBQ and smoke from a wood fired chimnea on a summer evening. Nothing better

The pineapple and coconut from a Pina Colada, the whiff of a Glenmorangie and the smell of a real turf fire are also wonderful but BBQ is my favourite

The most powerful smell, that has been devised by nature to bring the genders of all species together, to procreate, is the smell of pheromones, the subtle sex hormones.

Very largely overwhelmed by more powerful odours today, in former times they provided a primeval indication that someone fancied you!

Old bog road

Horse, straw, stables, and polished leather.

The scent of an aroused woman, it may be a pheromone rather than a scent as i pick it up , not always through my nose, but more in the back of my throat .
