From the lounge

The one which bothers me is multi vitamins being sold as the cure for everything. Reading over the weekend they actually reduce life expectancy if you over indulge and if they contain iron supplements

They don't pay for their houses? Really? I don't know anyone currently on the dole that does not pay something for the roof over their heads.

Nothing is free. Someone always pays. It's not always paid at the point of use however.

Not really part of the thread but a starting point for me with the state is health education and housing . If you have money you can skip waiting lists , access private schools and buy period houses with nice views . But everyone should access basic versions of these 3 things even if they don’t have a cent to their name

Depending on how long they've worked before they went on the dole yes they do.

Still can't believe that many women pay for a swolen lip look like someone punch them in the face, the black eye might be next.

Yes, the entire cosmetics industry is a scam (except for laser hair removal) but I hold a particular disdain for lip fillers, they're disgusting.

I see they're now offering these 'sculpting' treatments to 'tone and sculpt the body', accompanied by a picture of a young wan who clearly works out

I guess there are no profits to be made in promoting clean living and exercise

Lip fillers are horrendous. If we follow the UK trend then they are only going to get worse here with every woman trying to be bigger than the last! The power of marketing on young women is something else!

I see a woman with bloated lips and I don't know why but I immediately think of that old C4 show, Eurotrash!

It just looked weird

So by this logic, if you rear end an other car then your insurance provider shouldn't pay the damage you caused, because you didn't worked for that money.
