This is me too I am spoiled kev ticks all these boxes but I honestly think the vast majority of men walk around not know the effects of there hands/ arms... |

I do a fair bit of training myself however my diet is just not clean enough therefore my bodyfat low enough to get very vascular. I'm a bit like a rugby player build I suppose haha. However personally I'd love to find the discipline to get there. |

Yep! I am skinny and not a massive amount of muscle on me. A couple of of my veins protrude a bit though... I hate the sight of it. I was getting bloods taken a few months back and the nurse was almost getting excited - "oh, there's a nice juicy one!" - yuk... |

I have HORRENDOUS veins and get bloods done regularly. I always end up black and blue even with a phlebotomist.
The other day, my GP wanted to do bloods and I said “you get ONE stick”. She immediately got a fecking gusher and filled her 9 vials in seconds. I don’t even have a bruise. I am literally in awe. That NEVER happens. |

Nice one! I do sympathise though with the bruising. And I stay that way for weeks. I got the bloods done shortly after a covid jab in the top of my arm and I looked like someone had just gone at me with a hammer... |

Veiny arms/legs, hmmm... OK, I have to admit, that is a new one to me. Personally I always have a flashback from that old movie Scanners, when you say veiny...
