Hey, anyone have any cool tricks or methods on how to cool down quick while on the move?

Put a damp cloth or even an ice cube on the views on your wrists and back of your neck if you feel your over heating.

I have one of those cool towels, they're great if you're outside. You just wet it and it turns cold. Pop it on the back of your neck. And voila

Just called into a customer on the way home and went into the minus 25 freezer in shorts and tshirt for 5 minutes ...walked out and temp changed by plus 55 degrees

We have a massive freezer and I can't stand in it for more then 5 minutes even on a day like today. 5 degrees was bliss though.
