To get more sleep and continue to watch my health and mindfulness. To also life in the moment more and appreciate what I have. Since 2021 and 2022 I have been making alot of changes to my life and have been getting good results. I'm gonna continue doing what I've been doing. |

i travel all over |
I have done so much thinking over the years about what I want from life that it’s now very close to the perfect version . I have therefore stopped making resolutions having made some key ones in the last few years . Do more of what makes you happy is the main one … |

Newry Down |
New Year resolutions tend not to work out; for years my policy has been one of continuous and incremental improvement: every day I work to make changes that I know will endure.
It's a case of evolution as opposed to revolution.
Changes and improvements made every day do add up over time, moving things in the right direction.
The key is never to beat yourself up, but to reward yourself for your progress
New Year resolutions tend to be much too ambitious, too drastic and too much to endure; the Japanese term is Kaizen.

"Ok I made one this morning...to stop biting my nails "
I stopped a 40 year habit during lockdown.
Now my nails look great.
Little tip: get some clear gel nail varnish. Gives your nails a nice shine but doesn't look like nail polish (since it's clear). You might be less inclined to bite if they look nice |

My mum put this vile tasting stuff on my nails 50 odd years like nail varnish .....I used to lick it off anyway and still bite my nails
Someone is going to look at my nails in a month so I want to be a good boy |

Ha ha yeah I used that stuff too and it didn't work. I'm just talking about a clear nail varnish though.
