Not really, but they are, in my opinion unrivalled, as collective they’ve released many great albums and that’s before you even look at their solo work. As for bands Ride, Slowdive, Mazzy Star, The Velvet Underground, Nothing, South, Death In Vegas, DIIV, Oasis (up to and including Be Here Now), The Verve (first two records), Pulp, Spindrift, Arab Strap, Mogwai, The Cure, Sigur Rós, Whipping Boy, Radiohead … the list is endless." Been playing aslan alot lately" Can't lie but was blessed to have seen them live a few times , was to see them last November, the can got kicked down the road until June this year and then l got an email saying it was cancelled completely but as always my thoughts and best wishes go out to his family & loved ones ,I'll never forget one night when l went to see Aslan in concert , there was a lady in a wheelchair who wanted to shake Christy's hand , he went over to the corner of the stage and he lid down on the stage and reached down to the lady and shook her hand , in my eyes that alone was just pure class ..pure class. | |||
