Changing from single profile to couple

Does anyone know how to do this rather den setting up new account as always been couple on site just set single up as was easier please help Amanda

Normally you have to create a new profile.

Are your verifications for a single woman or a couple and if the latter why have people verified a single profile as a couple?

You need to message admin but your account already says you're a couple so assuming you got sorted
