More than likely they'll say "not a dick pic".
You fully clothed, topless or a another part of your body. Have 1 at least.
Nothing wrong with having a dick pic in the lineup of pictures somewhere along the line. 
At the end of the day it's your profile OP, so it's up to you what type of a profile pic it is.
