A good solution of you're unsure and uncomfortable asking is to introduce yourself alongside your pronouns and offer them the opportunity to do the same. Either that or just avoid gendering language completely unless absolutely necessary. |

I'm simply not going to introduce myself by my pronouns unless i'm directly asked. If someone is worried about being misgendered, then it's up to them to introduce themselves by their pronouns.
But if I'm unsure, yeah, I would just use their name to avoid the whole situation |

If you go and read what I said again you'll see I was talking about how to potentially deal with not being comfortable asking someone how they like to be addressed. I wasn't talking about someone being worried about being misgendered... I was talking about how to respectfully find out how they like to be addressed. |

Male, female, trans man or woman... I've met and talked to people with all of these identities and can understand their thoughts and feelings on all of them.
But non binary and gender fluid people who's gender can change literally hourly or daily, they should both come under the umbrella term of "attention seekers"  |
