A percentage increase or decrease is a way to express the relative change in value. Also a percentage can exceed 100% representing more than the whole. An example of that would be a 150% increase means the value has more than doubled. Therefore, sucking on a clit while having two motionless fingers inside someone could represent 5% or 125%  |
