Actually it depends on what you mean by permanent. There are club nights that are on regularly. There are none that operate as clubs daily.

Probably talking about those sex shops that have small play or viewing areas in them. There's a few in Dublin.

Don't know anything about them and I don't ever want to. They sound horrendous!
