Anyone ever feel slightly out of place in the gym when surrounded by all women. Visited my gym earlier today for a quick session and steam.
I never thought I'd say i felt out of place with so many good looking women around. As I respect how women feel at times I was almost trying too hard not to look in their direction.
On another note fair play ladies never miss a Monday. |

Honestly when i go to the gym i zone out. Headphones are on and i notice nothing. Himself was standing in front of me one time and i never even copped he was there. People probably think im ignorant af but i genuinely dont notice anyone |

Yeah I totally relate to that!! I'm generally listening to some shite on my headphones and not paying attention to anyone! Plus depending on the type of workout that day I'd probably be hiding a big sweaty red face!!! Wouldn't tend to chat to anyone in the gym cause I think most people are there to turn off & get their workout done in peace |

I respect anyone that goes to the gym and I really believe there should be a tax break similar to the bike to work scheme in place for gym membership in Ireland.
I go to the gym to workout and have a routine i follow as do most people. I dress comfortably as most people do. The fact that some ladies dress in figure hugging outfits is quite distracting but I would hate to make them feel uncomfortable so I do not stare. Sometimes it is more difficult than others, especially when they have their phones put doing squats by the mirrors. In dating that , fair play to them. No one ever wrote a song about a small skinny ass.
Personally i find any lady working out sexy , sweaty committed faces , with flushed cheeks , that is a turn on.
Never leer though, that's creepy. |

Op maybe have a quick wank before you go next time it will knock the edge off you while you work out

When i am at the gym it is usually in the winter to do cardio so end up concentrating on my workout plan and making sure I don't trip on the treadmill. A few times I havnt even noticed my own family there never mind any attractive people 🤣🤣 Mr S |

It is amazing how interesting the floor becomes when a woman in shorts starts doing RDLs right in front of me.
While some women not all may dress a certain way to extenuate their attributes and possibly garner attention, I genuinely don’t believe it’s from a man 25 years older than them, so I look at the floor

I've been in the gym and saw a lady come in a skin-coloured pinkish figure hugging Lycra suit and not do any exercise, just go to the stretching area and take pictures of herself in the mirror. In fairness to her I wish she sent a few of them on to me. It was impossible not to look at her because at first I thought she was naked. |
