When it comes to sending winks on this thing! Is it letting them know you’re interested by sending a said wink? Also if they return a wink does that mean they reciprocate said interest?? ?

Yeah. When u get a wink it often means I'm interested pls contact me.

Same works both ways if u fancy a chat with someone send a wink.😉

Just to add, a lot of people ignore winks altogether, and blanket delete (mainly women and couples as they get so many)
