This is maybe more of an opinion of tests rather than a question of should you 'display' your results.
A test is only as good as the day it's taken on. So for example if you took your sample on Tuesday and got the results on Friday as 'all negative' it wouldn't mean that you are still negative on the Friday.
Similar to the antigen tests for COVID, a test can only show what is in the sample/if there is enough of it in the sample. So if the sample was taken during the incubation period or the upswing of the disease if could 'miss' a disease and then within few days you'd be able to pass it on. So in my opinion, which isn't worth its weight in salt, tests have one purpose (or maybe 2) -- making sure that you are staying safe for your own benefit (and 2 - showing a partner than you are taking some precautions to be safe - which can then lead into the discussion if they are also and if you trust each other enough etc to not use protection) - To each their own.
But just for people's general benefit I'll put the typical incubation times for the common STIs, so if you had a test within this time frame after having recent sexual contact you could have a 'missed' test.
Chlamydia 7-21 days
Gonorrhea 2-7 days
Syphilis 10-90 days (average 21 days)
Herpes 1-21 days (average 6-8)
HIV - Highest viral load 3-4 weeks after contracting it.

It's up to the individual. I've chosen to display mine.
However, as pointed out above, it's only good for the day you test and when you test is important; I try to do mine in the 2 -3 week window after intercourse. I meet infrequently so doing it this way works well for me as it's unlikely I'd be with anyone else in the intervening time. If that were to change, then I'd test more regularly. |

How often do people do them? If you’re fairly active should it be monthly or every 3 months?
Is there a limit to the amount SH:24 will send you?
Still find the blood test difficult! I find it goes everywhere (all down my finger) but into the container. |

You can only test once every 3 months with SH24. So I do 1.5 month with SH24 and 1.5 months with GP. That way it’s always fairly recent. |

I also struggle with it. the little blood drip is just about to fall into the vial and then my hand shakes and it goes everywhere 😆
The whole set of tests is like the crystal maze.
One good thing about people sharing their results on their profile is that it normalises the idea of people getting regularly tested. |

So true. This system of tests is easy to order and do bar the blood. Seriously need to warm up the fingers first 🤣 but highly recommend them. Fast and efficient service. |
