Ooh, friend , fab friends

Your taughts is all .
So a fab friend for me serves two purposes ,
1.keeps them on the radar, for laughs, updates etc
2.I also have me face pic in the friends only
When I get asked to share face or dic , I reply put in a friends request, veiw at your leisure, delete friend also if desired.
Seems easier to me then picking out pics etc to send.
I do find it funny the amount of profiles who are so opposed to this as if I'm luring them into a devil's friend trap.
I also believe what's for you won't pass you , so it's probably a good filter for me.
What's your taughts and experiences
P.S I've great Fab Friends , some actually not even official Fab Friends LOL

I don't have a face pic anywhere on the site and don't share them.
My friends only pics are just older pics that used to be public and aren't any different.
I won't accept a friend request from anyone I haven't chatted to and even then only after we have been chatting for a while and I get a feeling for the type of person they are.
I've no interest in being fab friends with anyone just for the sake of it or to have a nosey at their friends only pics.
I'm only interested in people who are prepared to make the effort to get to know me and only then will I consider adding them as a friend. |

I've never met a couple apart from at group socials and in 9 years I've never chatted to anyone with a "no face pic no reply" approach.
Even back when I was sending messages I would just pass those by.
Most of my one to one socials have been after chatting for weeks or months and at least half of them didn't involve sharing a facepic. The ones that did were only after agreeing to meet. |

Some people forget what people can see and how it can be used against them.... Jealousy plays a big part of fab.... Experience tells you to set up your filters!! I don't show my summary as you can be judged for the amount of verifications you have!! I only show about 10 or 15 at a time!! |

Cool nice feedback so far .
Me, being a fab friend is not a pre-requiste before a meet, I have no problem deleting and blocking after meet, if not my thing .
I do find it a good tool ( they're updates etc )prior to meet to get a better understanding of people, cause meets dont always happen as quick as we like.
I've never requested any extra pics or friend status before a social meet that on them . |

Always find it a bit awkward to send a friend request to be honest
I always thought they were only sent if you were trying to plan for a play meet
It's only recently I've realised that they can also be used because you find the other person sexy and want to see their sexier pictures and are very interesting to chat to
I'm nearly certain I've only one or two that are people that I haven't met socially or otherwise yet but hope to meet them one day

I accept people on my friends list who I wish to keep in contact with, easier access to their account this way rather than having to search for them which is too much of a hassle!! I don't necessarily message them on a regular basis though as I meet most of them at socials!! |

My only hard and fast rule regarding Fab friends is that I don't send them to, or accept them from, random people I've not spoken to.
If I've been chatting with someone and I like the cut of their jib then I've no problem accepting a friend invite.
Anyone hoping to see some extra juicy photos in my friends album will be sorely disappointed, that's where the dross goes  |
