I'm gonna treat myself to.........
Jump to: Newest in thread
Just coming to the end of a stressful period at work and have decided I'm gonna spend a bit of money on myself. But not sure on what yet.
What one off purchases have you guys treated yourselves or your partner to? |

Sometimes small pleasures are actually more fulfilling.
I found myself shopping to fill the void of emptiness which can easily lead to spending needlessly.
Maybe think back to a time when you were truly happy and see what elements you can recreate. |

It depends on your budget. After one of my last contracts closed I bought myself a very nice piece of jewellery. After another I got a new robot vacuum that hoovered and mopped. |

I don't normally treat myself to things but decided to book another hiking trip abroad this summer when I turned 60 earlier in the year.
Probably the worst decision I've made because of the couple of huge and unexpected bills I've had since so I won't be doing that again in a hurry. |

"What are you into OP?
Your treat could be anything from a motorbike to a Kenwood stand mixer!!
"
Whenever I do buy something for myself, it's usually clothes/shoes or music equipment. Was hoping for some "thinking outside the box" ideas here, and I'd just rob one🤣🤣
E.g I randomly came across an eye massager on amazon last year and bought it, and it's fkn amazing |

"Bought myself a really good office chair funny you should mention that. It's on my list. But not really a treat as its connected to work 😅"
Yeah it's not a treat if it qualifies for tax-back 😂 |

"A trip with the gang to Gran Canaria, just an idea
Great idea
Actually, that's a bloody great idea😀
I'm a good bag carrier, just sayin'... "
I've made my mind up. I am definitely doing this. I'm a gentleman miss peeping, I'd get someone else to carry both our bags😅 |

I got a POWKIDDY X55 handheld game emulator thing with about 20000 retro games on it. Atari, ps1, n64, psp, megadrive, comadore, dreamcast, genesis to name a few.
If you’re into retro gaming look it up. |

I've a few days off in a couple of weeks and currently have one tab open with Booking.com and another with Skyscanner. Do I stay close home or tip off abroad... either way I've to push the button on a "treat" over the next day or two 🤔 |
