What's with not meeting status?

Hi all, we're always on the lookout for ffm meets, so always look on single lady's profiles, we can't get over the amount of lady's profiles who state on their profiles "not meeting at the moment " there's alot with that on the profiles, what's the point in being here if your not meeting? Just curious. |

Are people not allowed take a break? Maybe they are meeting and just not meeting new people. Maybe they are meeting but only on their terms, they make the first contact with who ever they choose. Maybe they wrote that, took a break and never erased the message. There’s a whole host of reasons really. |

Multiple reasons maybe they are here just for the forums or to perve on their friends or just attend events or maybe its school holidays and they are busy with the kids etc or maybe taking a break from meeting as it can get a bit overwhelming here as a single lady |

It's on my profile and on the couples profile that I'm one half of because fab is well down the list of priorities and real life hasn't been good at all for a few years.
Not everyone uses the site to meet people but as my profile clearly states, I'm not meeting for personal reasons, emphasis on personal which means it's no one's business but mine. |

We have it on our profile as we took a break from meets for family reasons. We stayed on here to chat to people we've become friendly with along the way, have a bit of craic in the forums and of course perve on the hotties. We will be meeting again but it's ok and probably healthy to take a break every now and again. |

I reckon summer holidays have alot to do with it. So does everyday life tbf! Lots of people have families and other commitments. We can rarely arrange anything, that's just the way it is for us at the moment 😊 |

I go through times here that I don't want to meet because my family time and friends are far more important to me than being "fab available." Should I leave then because I don't meet the criteria of what other people expect of profiles
No matter why someone is here their reasons should be respected. At least they are honest enough to say on their profiles they aren't meeting as it saves a lot of time wasting |

Work , family life , health … I often take a break for those reasons and put ‘not meeting atm’ so people don’t waste their time messaging me for a meet . |

Personally as it’s on mine …. There’s so many timewasters and messers on here it’s gets very disheartening when lads don’t show up!
I went through a total phase of it happening and it was a time of money on a hotel and my time getting ready! I had a guy literally delete his account after saying “he’s just left the house”
So now I’m just on here for socials and chatting until I feel intrested again |

I have it on mine.
In fact in it in my profile title the first line of my profile and the last. The reasons are personal and quite frankly, nobody else's business .It is there on my profile you can't miss the fact so I am not wasting anyone's time.
Just because I am on here does not mean I am under any obligation to fuck anyone and there is no rule to say I have to shag new people in order to stay on this site.
The attitude of some on here that others have to be doing fab the way they want them to,is one of the reasons why fab has lost a lot of its appeal to me in recent times. |

Ours is on the title on our profile so they dont have to scroll down through the bio, still doesn't work though but that time wasting isn't on us then. |

I think there's definitely work for the site to update some of their filters especially for the like of profiles allowed to view or fab for example we're not into tv or cd or even single males yet the tv and cd can view away our profile and the single lads can fab away our pics, don't get me wrong people are entitled to view or like what they like but it would just cut down on things if fab just updated this site a bit imo. It's probably time tbf for fab to do so in general too. |

Fab will never stop guys fabbing anyone's pics.
Men are without a doubt a major source of income and interaction with profiles, even if it's just fabbing a photo, is a part of the draw.
Fab is really just an interactive porn site with content creators who work for free for a lot men. |

We have it on our profile at the moment simply for the fact we're taking a few weeks off as we have done alot of events etc over the last nearly 3 years.
A break is sometimes healthy so that we don't lose enjoyment of being here as that's what its supposed to be "fun" |

Absolutely agree with this and it is why it’s on my profile. I have also been getting absolutely bombarded lately from couples looking for mff and what not and it was getting very overwhelming. Even tho I have it on my profile in large caps that I’m not meeting I still get a tone of messages. At the moment I’m only meeting who I have already met and just attending parties. Fab is not all about private meets and mff’s. |

If a woman (or a man) says they are not meeting on here it is probably best to fully respect that and not even question it. Their reason for doing so is a personal decision and they should have no need to explain themselves. |
