I think once someone is blocked from messaging, they're blocked from winking too
Though I've nobody blocked and I never get winks and messages coming through. There must be a fault there... yeah, that's it, a fault 👀🎻 |

As a female I tried winking and messaging and both were unable to do. Obviously I can’t fab anything either as their friends only
I think the only interaction you can receive will be people who’ve previously messaged you and forums

From my understanding,
If you have all filters on that you can't receive winks, messages or fabs, if YOU wink at a profile, it allows the winkee to override the filters and contact you!
Maybe im completely wrong! But thats how I understand it! |

Nope. Winks don't over ride the filter. Only mails or if you make them a friend |
