Dublin

Wawel Hill with the Cathedral and Castle, the Main Market Square with the Cloth Hall and St. Mary's Church, the legendary Kazimierz district, Schindler's Factory, and of course Auschwitz and the Wieliczka Salt Mine... If you're crazy and have a bit of a child in you, and love adrenaline, I recommend Energilandia... 😉😂

And at night...? The Main Market Square at night... especially in the summer, it's teeming with life... the lights, the old tenement houses, the sounds of street artists and musicians, and the numerous pubs create an incredible atmosphere...

plus

"It's brilliant..... and bring a coat in November 🥶"

That's true... it's also worth packing thick sweaters, a hat, gloves, and scarf and warm socks... sometimes the first snow falls at this time of year ❄️😂

Krakow is amazing. I used to commute from Dublin to krakow for 4 months. Flew out every Sunday and return Thursday.

The history is well known - ghetto, Schindler factory, the castle. If you can go into the mountains even better.

The only negative is if you are going in November make sure you pack your thermals. Temperature can get as low as -30

John Paul the seconds church is cool and the square and the dragon.

Some cool underground pubs around the square.

Was there Oct Nov a couple of years ago, stayed at Mercure Hotel, five star luxury at 3 star prices, had to get tram to it as was outside the city , but download the travel app, and book time to travel on trams, buses , very cheap and easy to operate.

Main square is great at night, and the market is fab.

All of the churches around square are good to visit and the castle on the hill. Restaurants around main square are all very good too, and not extortionate prices
