Rare treats, everyday experiences, overrated or impossible dreams?

What's your take on the lie-in??

I was just thinking Id love one tomorrow but my cats don't have the same appreciation. They will insist on waking me for breakfast at dawn 😭😭

My kids have a similar appreciation of lie-ins as your cats, especially at the weekends 🤯

I do love them tho, what's rare is wonderful ✨️

I wouldn't know one if I fell over it. Can't remember the last time I was still in bed after 5.30am and it has nothing to go with pets or kids.

These days I’m usually awake at 6 even on the weekends. I try and lie-in on Sundays but still up at 8. There’s only so many YouTube shorts one can watch

If I sleep in a darkened room I'll have a lie in. I've I'm in a bright sunny room, the sun wakes me up, can't lie in. I don't need it so much, as I've lost of interesting projects going on.

I'd say 8am would be the latest I'd lie in if I'd had a very late night.. just can't seem to stay in bed much longer.

I love an early start, I never lie in and make use of every minute, I wouldn't sleep a whole pile.

Fuck I love sleeping. I'd out sleep anyone . Its one of my hobbies.

Cats and kids trained that the day starts at 9am on the weekend.

I can't sleep past 9 anymore and I'm bitter about it.

In my twenties I could sleep for days

I’m having a lie in tomorrow after a busy week of early starts. Look forward to it. I’m in bed early most nights unless there’s something or someone keeping me awake! Very active week with Pilates and golf. So a rest and watching golf is on agenda tomorrow.

I only set an alarm at the weekend if I have something on. If I sleep until late so be it. My body obviously needed the sleep. I normally wake before 10 though.

Not good with a lie in, usually awake for 6-6.30, if I do fall back asleep on a Sunday I wake up feeling tired

I really enjoy getting back into bed with a coffee, bonus points if I find the hot spot again, extra bonus points if I have company.

Weekends like that are awesome..

Plus if you both have the hangover horn, then it's as they say in high society, "deadly"😂

I wake every morning before 6am. I get up put dishwasher on and tidy up. Have my breakfast and a light snooze sets me up for the day.

My guess would be that Fabbers are more into body culture than the general population...

More likely the MilfShake at workout is drawing all the fabbers to the gym

If the dream was about a badger rooting around in your garden I can only apologise for invading your sleeping thoughts.

Not to make anyone jealous...but my smallies let me stay in bed until after 11am this morning. Helps when himself is on nights and comes home at 7am and takes the kids up for breakfast and get them sorted before he goes to bed at 9am.

Saturdays are built for lies ins in my opinion

Love going back to sleep not just waking up late and having to get out of bed

In hotels....having breakfast in shorts and tshirt ...not showered

Then straight back to bed

Off on a sun holiday at the end of the week

I'll still wake up early every day
