I think sometimes it works and sometimes they get a warning. I think the site has a lot of glitches. We noticed site didnt always work the same for us after returning from a deleted profile during a break |

Actually when you go into block list icon and click message filters
You will see two options
“You're looking for 24-40 but you're not blocking other ages.
You can block anyone who isn't 24-40”
So if you click the second one you can block the messages out of your preferences |

If your message filters are set properly, it’s likely because you had some interaction with them prior to them ageing out of your filters. A wink or a message at any stage will allow them to keep messaging you |

When you join the site and pick your preferences. These are not filters.
You can filter who can mail you in message filters as I outlined in this post |

I don’t see any previous interactions with the profiles messaging me though . Maybe it was a long time ago ? Very annoying 😵💫😵💫😅🤣 |
