Hi folks, went for run yesterday. Haven't run much before. Well, afterwards my feet and inner thighs were akin to receiving 40 lashes of the whip. Any people with tips on what socks and shorts to wear. I wore Penneys best so thinking that's not helping. Cheers |

Regular runner here. I usually run in under armour socks which I find fine but I am one of the lucky ones who never gets blisters anyway. I have a selection of different pairs of shorts but prefer ones with an inner compression lining. Proper running underwear is important too.
Biggest thing though is getting the right shoes, I would recommend getting your gait analysis done at a running shop to find out if you under or over pronate, it makes a massive difference. |

The mitchum deodorant is unreal for preventing chafing have seen lots of camogie players use it for matches so thats worth giving a go too |
