Are house party's a thing of the past. If you hold them or going to hold one why not post here for people to see. We would love a good house party at some stage unfortunately we can't host any due to kids |

Lots of house parties but they would 0nly invite people they've met before, they wouldn't advertise on the forums.
So your best bet is to attend some socials and get known.
Or why not rent out an Air bnb and host one yourselves? |

Yes I think lots on here would rather a house party rather than a social night. Don't get me wrong social nights and meet and greets are great and a great way to meet others. House partys can be lots of fun and sometimes more fun lol |

Most house parties are primarily social we've never been to one where there was any pressure to play...but so much easier to chat and get to know 10/15 cpls rather then at a big event..bring back the house party I say |

In our limited experience, a house party has been the best way to get to know a few different couples, much better than socials.
Hosting them however, is a totally different ball game....pun intended 😇 |

I've been to a few house parties, but never hosted one. It's a big undertaking to host one, beds, food, cooking, alcohol, parking, clean up, laundry. I'd only invite trusted friends. I've seen drama and hysterics at some house parties after alcohol which ruins the ambiance. Yes, I'll be your guest, but I won't run one. |

I have a house just outside newry, 5 bedroom with sauna. Has been used for parties before. I didn’t organise them or attend I just rented it out. It’s on booking can book, sleeps 11 people, might interest if your looking to host etc. best for smaller gatherings not the 30 plus people that showed up and trashed the place last year lol. Dm if interested |
