I’m serious & genuine have you ever felt addicted to this app ? I feel it’s consuming my life …… I enjoy it but that’s what drug takers & food addicts & sex addicts say …. It does not mean it’s good . If anyone want to advise me or share experiance I’d appreciate it ? Please DM me

Can't say I've ever been addicted to the site. It's nothing more than a hobby and I don't spend more than 30 minutes a day on here.

Even when I was chatting and meeting I don't think it was ever more than an hour a day.

somewhere

I can understand where you're coming from as we're designed to feel good about ourselves if you get some fabs on pictures or some chats going

I know someone mentioned previously about an app that locks your phone from certain sites for a set time and maybe you could look into that

What part of the site do you feel you're addicted to most

Absolutely, a Dopamine release to the reward centers in the brain.

Op my suggestion is to take a break! As said above if you can program that into your tech it's probably a good idea.

I have facilitated a few "digital detox" weekends in the past. No phones, tablets, computers or TV. Just the company of others during the day, the company of your own thoughts at night without any distractions. Whether addicted or not I think a lot of people could do with this. There are plenty of places offering this online (ironically)
