Should we not try to start using The North of Ireland, in place of northern Ireland. It's like when the press talk about the German royal family, King Charles, we should say the English king , he's not our king. Normalized language that will become common of we point it out. So depending on the journey,I love to meet people from the north of Ireland, and the fact that Donegal is the furthest north gets rid of the idea of calling anywhere else northern Ireland.
