I don't have a recommendation for unlimited access but Hilton loyalty club members can check in and use your phone as a key without interacting with reception and can share a 'phone key' with another loyalty club member, I suppose the second person could use more than one device, maybe?

East / North, Cork

Even hotels that do have direct access to room still have CCTV and would certainly notice lots of people coming and going to a single room. A private rented Airbnb would be a better idea

Dublin

awful idea to do it in an isolated AirBNB away from the safety of others.

You may do some foot work and actually walk into a few hotels in town get into their lifts and see if it needs a key card. :D

I can recommend a hotel with 2 bedroom apartments next door and can have as many guests as you like spotless clean but €1000 deposit is required

There's hotels in Dublin with direct access from the carpark to the corridor without needing a key card or to go past reception

You still need to have someone open the door into the room
