Noticed over the last couple years more role from south east Asia - Indian, in Ireland. Which is good to see. But not seeing many on fab. Any Indians on fab in Ireland

Their Caste system is nuts. A number of Irish companies have had issues with management and employees from different castes.

I lived and worked in London where there was a significant South Asian community, religion or the caste system didn’t hinder the people I knew 😈

Never met any of my countrymen that behaved any differently with me related to caste… it definitely exists in India but haven’t noticed it outside of the country. Particularly against that backward way of thinking myself.
