I'm going to do this predominantly for me. I'm tired of hiding away. I'm not looking for Fabs or anything
I'm doing it for me, to show that even going through chemo, it's not all doom & gloom.
I lost over 2/3 of my hair. Most of my eyebrows & eyelashes. I was initially told I would be having chemo for 6mnths so I was holding out until then.
But I found out 2weeks ago that I have to stay on chemo long-term as a form of treatment. So the light at the end of the tunnel isnt happening. I am stuck like this.
Going to get my eyebrows tattooed. Found lashes for people with hair loss so got some of them. Going to experiment with hair colour. F it...I'm going to embrace it.
I dont like the way I look. Prefer the old me obviously but I'm still here to have a whinge!
I want to share this with anyone else going through something similar. It sure as sh!t isnt easy but dont hide yourself away. Be kind to yourself 💖💖

First of all nobody should judge others your going through a lot ive lost so many close friends and family to cancer ive seen them slip away uts horrible please god all will turn out good for you keep on fighting girl and wish you all the best for the future  |

Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will, which you clearly have 🫂

Been there in the past, in the end of the day is to try and make the most of the good days and not be afraid to live life. Was the perfect time to invest in myself when the dose from the chemo was gone after 4/5 days, sure hair thinned out for a while, nails fell and went dark but didn't stop me from trying things like rollerblading down the road and splashing myself on the road haha
