# Tantra
This guided practice supports calm presence, trust, and connection between partners through breath, attention, and consent-based movement.
**Important Principles (Read First):**
* This practice is for **consenting adults only**.
* Either partner may **pause or stop at any time** without explanation.
* Move **slowly**, breathe calmly, and stay **present**.
* There is **no goal** to achieve—focus on awareness and connection.
---
## Room Preparation (Before You Begin)
* Choose a **quiet, private room**.
* **Dim the lights**.
* Play **soft, calming music** (instrumental preferred).
* Remove distractions (phones on silent).
* Decide a **safe word or hand signal** to pause if needed.
**Timing:** Each round lasts **3–6 minutes**. Total rounds: **7** (optionally repeated).
---
## Grounding Start (1–2 minutes)
Sit or stand facing each other.
* Close your eyes briefly.
* Take **3 slow breaths together** (inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth).
* Set a quiet intention (e.g., “I choose presence and respect.”)
---
## Round 1 – Eye Gazing with Breath (3–6 minutes)
* Sit or stand comfortably, facing each other.
* Gently **look into each other’s eyes**.
* Breathe slowly and naturally.
* If emotions arise, simply notice them without judgment.
**Reflection (optional):** What do you notice in your body?
---
## Round 2 – Heart Connection (3–6 minutes)
* Place **one hand on your own heart** and **one hand on your partner’s heart**.
* Feel the warmth and rhythm beneath your hands.
* Synchronize your breathing if comfortable.
**Reflection:** What sensations or feelings are present?
---
## Round 3 – Surrendered Touch (3–6 minutes each, then switch)
* Partner A gently **leads with touch** anywhere the partner has agreed to.
* Partner B **receives**, staying relaxed and breathing calmly.
* After the time ends, **switch roles**.
**Guidelines:** Touch is slow, respectful, and attentive. Receiving partner may guide or pause at any time.
---
## Round 4 – Guided Movement or Dance (3–6 minutes each, then switch)
* Partner A **leads movement or a simple dance**.
* Partner B **follows**, staying present and relaxed.
* Switch roles after the set time.
**Focus:** Trust, flow, and non-verbal communication.
---
## Round 5 – Breath Awareness (3–6 minutes each, then switch)
* Sit or stand close.
* Partner A gently **breathes toward Partner B’s face** from a comfortable distance.
* Switch roles halfway.
**Note:** Keep breathing soft and natural.
---
## Round 6 – Lip Contact with Breath (3–6 minutes)
* Gently **touch lips**.
* Breathe slowly and deeply together.
* Stay relaxed; there is no need to escalate.
**Focus:** Presence and shared rhythm.
---
## Round 7 – Embrace (3–6 minutes)
* **Hug each other** in a comfortable position.
* Allow the embrace to soften and deepen with breath.
**Reflection:** What do you feel now compared to the beginning?
---
## Optional Deepening (Consent Required)
If **both partners clearly agree**, you may **repeat all rounds without clothing**.
* Reconfirm consent before beginning.
* The same rules apply: slow pace, calm breathing, and the freedom to pause or stop.
### Bonus – Still Union (Optional, normally not recommended in Tmassage but in Tsex)
**Purpose:** To experience stillness, closeness, and a sense of shared presence—**not** continuous sexual activity.
**Clear Instructions (Consent Required):**
* Pause and **confirm explicit consent** from both partners.
* Come together **slowly and comfortably**.
* Allow **gentle insertion only**, then **become still**.
* **No thrusting or repetitive movement**. The intention is stillness, not intercourse.
* Remain **embraced** (hugging, chest-to-chest if comfortable).
* Keep **long, calm breathing**; let the breath soften the body.
* Stay for **several minutes** (or as agreed), focusing on feeling like **one connected body**.
* If sensations rise, **return attention to breath and stillness**.
* Either partner may **pause or stop at any time** without explanation.
---
## Closing (2 minutes)
* Sit quietly together.
* Share **one word or sentence** about your experience.
* Thank each other for presence and trust.
---
**Remember:** Tantra is about **awareness, connection, and respect**. Move gently, breathe deeply, and honor boundaries.
