Hey guys, I dislocated my knee yesterday, how long does this typically take to heal? Any do's or donts?

You could be looking at anything up to two months to have it fully heal but you should be up and about in a few weeks depending on how badly it was dislocated.

Don't strain it too early but overdoing things. Do any exercises the PT gave you. If you weren't given a brace ask for one.

Depends on what other damage you have done . ACL, PCL damage could need surgery .Wishing you the best on your recovery.
