Interested in what the Irish opinion was of this documentary?

Haven’t watched it but read about it. Seemingly he showed them for the grifters they are.

I don’t think Louis had to work too hard to show them up

Bunch of chancers clearly not believing/backing up a word they themselves say

They know what the algorithms promote and make the most of that to build their followings and earnings

At the same time, their followers in general seem a bit thick and/or lonely

Far far away

It's brings misogyny back into public discourse again. But interestingly how the public v private persona's... the guy hated women but his mum was giving out to him.

It's playing to the populous...and naive

Love Louis T though...

The West

I thought it was interesting because that everyone knew the game.

They knew who Louis was and had the hubris to leverage his platform to promote themselves.

And it worked very well for Netflix.

The result was a documentary that was no doubt watched by hordes of toxic men just to jeer right alongside the curious and the concerned.

I won't give it the time of day. I've come across snippets of it here and there and that's more than enough for me.

Didn't watch to the end. Some serious bell ends on it.

A good insight for people who know nothing about this world.

Unfortunately the people who are being influenced are probably too young and would see Louis as and old guy who just doesn’t get the whole thing.

I found it very frustrating. They are total idiots and the fact they have such a following amazes me. Its the world we live in now I suppose. Idiots leading the way.

I was thinking though a lot of them could be cured by a good box in the mouth.

Somewhere

I found it quite interesting, it showed how this guys mostly do it for money, the use the shock factor and are constantly outdoing each other, while simultaneously being extremely insecure. I highly recommend it

Exactly this... young eejits with nothing following these muppets, lured in by flash lifestyle, cars, girls etc.... amazing the negative effect these jokers can have and how easy a platform insta etc can be

Thanks for feedback all.

I found it very frustrating.

We seem to be in a new place in that if you say anything with enough confidence, its true.

Essential watching imo to understand what is influencing vulnerable, impressionable young people nowadays all be it a tough watch.

A harder question to answer is who is going to be the voice that talks to a large section of rudderless disenfranchised male youth? Historically, who done it? Was it a mixture of family and school?

Watched it yesterday. Was very interesting in fairness.

Total bunch of idiots and wannabes.

But as someone said, it was amazing the amount of young lads coming up to them who idolise them. That's the troubling thing
