If You Hadn't Joined The Lifestyle....
Jump to: Newest in thread
A question I've often asked myself if I hadn't signed up here would I still be on the same hamster wheel of life.
Heading to the SSE social this weekend with some of the best friends I've made on here, got me thinking
What would you be doing if you never joined fab, this weekend or any time for that matter.

"Probably risking my reputation. locally!
In sheer frustration. Definitely would be divorced!
Sounds crazy but my husband and I are getting on so much better now I have an outlet for my desires! "

I dont even want to imagine how crap my life would be if I hadnt met Tox and made such amazing friends on here
Its definitely changed me as a person ...think I was starting to suffer from depression being so alone and just working all the time so I wasn't lonely |

Made an account, got overwhelmed, then traveling to Manchester expanded my horizons and the best night of my life was had in cupids on a Newbies night. All the guests thought I was with the host cos we clicked at the bar and my d*unk Irish self would not shut up chatting all night |

I’ve joined the site, not necessarily the lifestyle. Not exactly active. Can’t say I’m part of the lifestyle for that reason. I’d be doing the same as before either working or cleaning the house. Sad, but true. |

Try fluffing out the profile bro. More info and pictures might boost your status "

I would probably have given some of the apps a go, but Fab has been good to me and I’ve been incredibly lucky here with the people I’ve met, have yet to meet, meet again or even just chatted with here……
Plus I’m not sure any of the apps let me post dic pics……… |

"Love this
Id be same as seashells risking my reputation locally "
Definitely this for me too. It’s been a slow process here but worth it in the end. I’d have moved abroad for work again but for fab. It’s kept me sane ( for want of a better word) |

I've never seen this as a lifestyle choice and it is very low on my list of priorities. It has never been anything more than a hobby.
I've been to a handful of socials and decided they aren't for me and haven't met anyone new since before covid for numerous reasons.
In saying that I've met some of my closest friends through fab and even though some of them left the site years ago we are still very much in touch.
Apart from that my life wouldn't be any different at all. |

I’d be 6ft under. I’d a rough few years. I needed to feel I belonged somewhere in a community of some sort. So rejoined fab as a single. Was so hard to get my first verification. Next was to get to a social event and if that didn’t work out my plan was to end my life. Thank fuck it went well. I’ve since made very good and trusted friends both male and females in the community. Some I chat to via video calls daily. This community I fit right into. I can be open with my fab friends |

It's so hard to know. We had a great relationship but opening ourselves up to swinging has changed everything.
We would be very open about everything now and anything and is open for discussion.
Both of us came to the conclusion that we're non-monagmous, and although we're not that active, it has been very exciting to open our relationship. Its a life changing experience really and we view life and everybody in it through a different lense now! |

I was widowed 9 yrs ago. I came upon fab by accident 6 yrs ago. Its was the best accident to happen to me because I meet my partner and we got engaged. It was definitely the best thing I have done the lifestyle suits us both when we want it to be |

Bar the couple of friends I have made on here life would be pretty much the same .But tben I'm not into the whole lifestyle on here. I don't have the spare time, energy or if I'm honest the interest to make the lifestyle a priority in my life. Events in my life over the last few years have made my life outside of fab my priority. |
