I think for me it was losing a few kilos in weight through my morning walks. I don't attend the gym or anything like that, but I would say it's changed the quality of my life in a p+sitive way. I don't pretend to be athletic, toned or gym fit...but it's something better than nothing.
Also, despite my ubiquity on the forums/on Fab, Fab is just one minor facet of my life but I'll concede that I've met some wonderful people on here who have contributed, in some shape or form, to the quality of my life. |

"What is one thing that changed your quality of life so much that you wish you did it sooner?
For me it has to be weight lifting, it has empowered me in more ways that I ever imagined

somewhere |
Work which have me the capacity to pay for everything I have now
Lots of things now give me joy so the one thing would have to start with work
I had two jobs due to start one day after another back in 86
Started the first one and never tried the second one
Still in the same company |

I would also add giving up drinking alcohol around 6 years ago
I only ever drank occasionally but my God the hangovers were horrendous!
I lost many a Sunday due to being unable to lift my head from the pillow
Definitely do not miss it |

Being true to yourself...& also telling people that warrant it to f**k off...that alone gives you brilliant sense of freedom. |
