I have told people about this for years and had the whole meh, but I remember these being in Dunnes back in the day.
Someone mentioned frosty sweets, they were the red ones, there was also an apple flavour for a bit which were sour/tangy at the start |

Macaroon bars
Toffee that would break your teeth with thick chocolate....made in a local factory as a kid
Fizzle sticks....my god they were gorgeous
Maybe a dodgy memory but the orange ice pops you could buy off the woman during the interval at the cinema were nicer than anything since |

You can still get TK, (Red TK) only decent thing to use for making an ale shandy.
Any one remember the 3 litre country spring bottle or orange, whkte/red lemonade. There was a cola too, but the best was the apple flavour! |

"Cream Pies....🍦🍦"
Only in Ireland, can a cream pie have a completely different meaning. I tried explaining these to an American lady, I worked with years ago as she looked at me bemused 🤔
It was around that time, she discovered the joys of of a claffey's snowball (again she thought made up) and mug of tay |
