Lad I have a good few verifications now and still don't get replies. Sadly lads are largely out numbered here and many profiles have 300 plus messages a lot from people acting the bollox, dick pics and the rest, so the odd good message that could be in there just gets over looked or ignored. That and like said above might just not be what they are after. All I can suggest is the social events for meeting people. But using fab to meet people off the site otherwise is a waste of time in my experience. Just doesn't happen bar for the rare few. You can go through the forums and you'll see a similar post every few weeks about how hard it is. And it is. So I just recommended using fab for the socials and events, and see where it goes from there |

On desktop, you can see people's friends if they haven't blocked the viewing of them in their Privacy section  |

Beef up your profile - most will look at it before even reading your message. Be a little more specific about yourself and what you're looking for, and perhaps add a few more photos.
They're not for everyone but perhaps try some socials - they can be a great way to meet lots of new people and make connections.
Make sure you're mutually compatible with those you're messaging at the most basic level.

Just be patient is all i can say. Im 20 years on fab or damn close, people come and go the environment has certainly changed. Be yourself don't try fit into what others want. Sometimes men/I can be impatient don't let FAB be the b all an end all.. I find in real life socialising I have much more fun and that has always been the case however this can be a nice platform to use. |
