Australia was added at one of the celebration milestones due to the fact it’s one of the highest viewerships there and celebrated hugely

An attendance boycott of, and protest at, the upcoming golf event at Doonbeg might help to focus attention on where Israel gets most of its support. A significant protest would probably bring more people to the area than the event itself with a resulting financial spinoff for local businesses.
A win win situation.
It might also encourage some of the professional golfers to do the right thing.

They're members of the European Broadcasting Union which is the organisation that runs the event. They are members of the EBU because they've murdered hundreds of thousands of their neighbors and nobody wants them in the Arab States Broadcasting Union. |

Russia got kicked out (excluded) in 2022 when it launched its "special military operation" (invaded) in Ukraine - there were calls to do something since 2014 when it seized Crimea.
As a country/nation Russia is located in both Europe and Asia. The Ural Mountains are observed as the boundary between the two continents(Europe and Asia) |
