Hello ladies and gents.

A friend of mine is considering a pop up cocktail bar as he has a facility to do this with his bar and catering licence apparently, I'm not sure how exactly how it works.

Aaaany way.

What suggestions might you like to see on a menu.

Maybe some Aperol or Limoncello Spritz as they are very popular in the Summer and super easy to make🥂
