I use my spare room for exchange students. They pay more than tenants, leave after three weeks and don't want to use the living room. All I need to do is cook them dinner and I'm doing that for my own kids anyway.
Been a host for about eight years. If your schedule works with it it's very easy money.
When I've had tenants I usually post on the university boards and look for a post grad. They are so busy you'll never see them. Great tenants. |
