Its a compliment and if it makes them feel good about themselves then why not.
The only thing I'm not a fan of is those saying fab for whatever on their pics. If anything that would stop me fabbing them. |

We find ourselves checking after we put up a new photo to see if we do any better than mid table on page 2 of Irish pics… that seems to be our level.
Guess putting up pics is our way of trying to stimulate interest, hoping that a meet might result with someone whose interest we might capture, or reignite, with the pic.
The more people motivated to express a ‘like’ (fab) on a photo, the better our chances are that one of them may reach out to us, or respond positively to an approach. The ‘who’ is probably more important than the ‘how many’, but making Page 1 of Irish pics for once would be nice also! Ego is awful. |

I got chatting to someone before who was honest about the fact he only messages people on page 1&2 of the Hotpics, because he found it quite the turn on that they were very popular, the more fabs the more it turned him on 🤷 |

A woman once told me that she will only ever chat to or meet "popular" men on fab.
I asked if she felt safer doing that as they were verified by more people and she said partly that and partly because she could be seen to be swinging in those circles and established fabbers would be nicer to her  |

I don’t think the fact you appear on page 1 means you’re popular. We get more fabs off England than Ireland. Always have. I think there’s a click in Ireland and we’re definately not in the click. Lol |

If that's what they like I have no issue with it at all. Everyone is on here for their own reasons.
The thing I dont really understand on here is why other people get so worried about how others do their fab journey. If it's your thing great, if not move on and let tbem be.
If it's not affecting your journey on here why is it an issue? |

It's a nice compliment if a photo does well so maybe they enjoy that element of being here? No harm if they do.
It doesn't impact my use of the site so I'm not particularly bothered by it nor do I spend much time contemplating the motivations of those who do Fab differently from me. |
