Dublin will have the highest amount of people if you are picking a locating based solely off that.

Otherwise if you are areas you want to visit then people might have suitable hotels for hosting kn those areas they could suggest

Would you not get chatting with some people and then arrange to go meet them?

It’s highly unlikely that you’ll randomly arrange a meet just because you go somewhere where there might be fabbers close by.
