terrible manager....came in with the mentality that as a team your never going to be any good.....bad approach...don't care how good you are or are not as a team....the responsibility of the manager is to make you think you are good and that you are capable of far more....
you certainly don't need someone to run a few coaching sessions !!! |

When he came in first everybody loved the chap knowing his English was very off I dont think trap done a bad job either did he do a good one but on the other hand he has no English and him trying his best to talk an train an Irish football team thats hard for any man let alone he was much better than that other fella steve before he came to us the fai need to bring in someone with perfect English and knows how to deal with a bunch of Irish mad things likes of jack charlton mick mccarthy those where great Irish moments also I reckon robbie keane could do a really good job being a manger hes done so well for our country I know that wont happen but it could be worth looking at hope that makes sence lol |
